Inspiration: Making your drawn characters into plush toys

Another project on my “to-do” list, is to make plush toys inspired of my drawings.
Here are a few example of artists who managed to do this well:

Ever thought of drawing on the fabric itself? Me either! :-p This is one great idea, just make sure the crayons you use are water-resistant.

A nice and simple character design can go a long way! The big black button used for the eye reminds me a little of the amazing Coraline animated movie.
